This position is for the EB West Maintenance & Modernization Site in Bremerton, WA.

The Program Mgmt Representative will provide direct support to the Site Manager for ensuring accomplishment of established program goals, to include cost control, strategic planning & scheduling, and resource management of personnel, facilities & material. The position will act as liaison with various Groton and offsite offices for budgeting, obtaining new work, estimating contract changes, manpower planning, capital expenditures, procurement, etc. This position will be responsible to the Site Manager for administrative support for Dept 704 and EB's Bremerton WA facilities, to include management review and oversight of planning, procurement and facility & equipment maintenance. The position, supported by an administrative assistant, will be responsible for all business administration functions, such as lease administration, monthly accounting and checking account reconciliations, IT coordination, annual inventories, audit liaison, labor charging oversight, cost reporting and financial analysis, etc. The candidate will interface with Groton management of equivalent functions, with PSNS and IMF project offices and contract representatives, and with Navsea PMS 392, PMS 394 and PMS 398. The Program Mgmt Rep will be expected to assume overall responsibility for the department and for the Puget Sound Site in the absence of the site manager.
A wide range of experience is preferred, to include as many of the oversight areas and direct support functions as possible. Candidate must be proficient in use of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Project. Microsoft Access proficiency is desirable. Candidate must be willing to travel and to accept extended work assignments.
