    Job Description

     

    The Program Rep will support overseeing the SSN 23 JIMMY CARTER Program:

    • Attend design/engineering/supplier meetings to assist in problem identification and expedite resolution of shipboard equipment 
    • Assist program manager in specific job tracking/monitoring
    • Analyze EVMS/Construction/Engineering Metrics
    • Customer interface as directed and supervised

    This position requires occasional travel to Supplier facilties and/or Puget Sound, WA area. (Approx 1 trip/month with overnight stays)

    Education/ Experience

    Required:

    • Have a current DOD TOP SECRET clearance
    • Bachelor of Science
    • 5+ years of experience 
    • The ability to multi-task and work independently with multiple engineering disciplines and outside organizations, including contractors and Navy customer, to meet established goals and schedules

    Preferred

    • Navigation & Computer Network background is a plus
    • Advanced Degree in Business/Project Management is a plus

     

    Skills

    Candidate must possess strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills which are necessary to function successfully in existing program.
