Hourly Technicians – Inside Machinists will be responsible for performing machine shop tasks using various machine shop equipment including lathes, mills, and drills. Candidates must be skilled in the use of precision measuring equipment such as micrometers and calipers. Candidates must be experienced in machine shop operations and be flexible as well as adaptable, working in a team environment. Candidates should be experienced in reading blueprints, and possess appropriate math skills for accomplishing machine shop tasks. Candidates must be willing to learn new skills and apply them as needed with the appropriate training and supervision. All candidates must be willing to support the company’s goals of safety, quality, cost, schedule and continuous improvement.
