Job Description

The Human Resource interns are provided with tasks that are both challenging and educationally stimulating.  As an intern you will assist in various functions (from Health and Medical, Workers Compensation, Staffing, IT Security, Safety, Training and Marketing). Each intern accepted into the program will be given a Mentor for the duration of the internship.  As an intern you will have the opportunity to gain real life experience in the work force, and apply the skills acquired in school related to the HR area of interest. 

  • Must have the ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Get projects and assignments done on-time or early
  • Applicants should be able to communicate well, both orally and in writing
  • Applicants should be experienced in Microsoft Office

Education/ Experience

Requirements: 

  • 18+ years of age
  • A US citizen
  • Students must be going into their Sophomore, Junior or Senior year of College as of May 2018
  • Be available to work 40 hours per week for a minimum of eight (8) consecutive weeks between May 2018 to September 2018.
  • Be enrolled in a Human Resources program, Marketing program or related degree field.
